In honor of her Parisan wedding Katy came to my mother’ s house and taught a group of 15 how to make French macarons. It was fantastic! Katy had everything prepped and ready to go, which made it smooth and easy for everyone to create delicious macarons. She even brought a copy of the recipe for each girl to take home. Having worked with chefs like her for similar events in other parts of the country, I was especially grateful that Katy was so easy to work with and understanding of our need for privacy and quiet. When we changed meal times, she adjusted easily and without any attitude. The folks in our group loved her and her food.
